AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 9 June 2025

By joining the 4x4 Explorer Adventures Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

Our affiliate program is open exclusively to:

Travel agents and tour operators
Content creators, influencers, and micro-influencers
Outdoor or overlanding brands
Approved 4x4 clubs and organisations

We seek genuine partners who actively promote 4x4 Explorer Adventures and share our passion for off-road exploration. Applicants must have an engaged audience aligned with our brand values.

Note: Current or past customers whose primary intent is to earn commissions by referring friends, family, or acquaintances are not eligible. This program is not a referral or “friends and family” discount scheme.

All applications are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.

2. Participation Requirements and Restrictions

To protect program integrity and ensure fair opportunity:

Affiliates may not refer themselves, immediate family members, or members of their current travel groups.
Affiliates must not combine affiliate commissions with existing group discounts, custom rates, or special promotions.
Using referral codes solely to obtain personal discounts on group bookings is prohibited.
Creating multiple affiliate accounts or engaging in any gaming, spamming, or misleading marketing tactics is forbidden.
Artificial inflation of referral traffic or bookings is strictly prohibited.

Failure to comply may result in withheld commissions or termination from the program.

3. Commission & Payouts

Commission rates vary based on referral type and volume and will be communicated upon approval.
Commission is paid only on completed, fully paid trips booked through your unique referral code or tracked link.
Payouts are made monthly after the completion of referred trips.
Referral tracking is managed via unique affiliate links or codes.

4. Valid Referrals

A referral will be considered valid only if:

The referred customer is not already booked or in active discussions with 4x4 Explorer Adventures at the time of booking.
The affiliate link or code was correctly used during booking.
The referral is genuine and not created solely for personal financial gain.

5. Marketing & Branding

Affiliates may use approved marketing materials and content provided or approved by 4x4 Explorer Adventures.
Affiliates must not misrepresent our tours, pricing, or services.
Any paid advertising using our brand name or trademarks requires prior written approval.
Affiliates are expected to disclose their relationship with 4x4 Explorer Adventures in accordance with applicable advertising and disclosure laws.

6. Good Faith Partnership

We expect all affiliates to promote our brand honestly, transparently, and in good faith, maintaining the reputation and trustworthiness of 4x4 Explorer Adventures.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any affiliate from the program at any time for:

Misuse of the program (including self-referrals or misleading promotions)
Violation of these Terms & Conditions
Any conduct deemed unethical or harmful to our brand

8. Changes to the Program

4x4 Explorer Adventures may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
